ABOUT
GOD'S HOUSE OF ALL NATIONS

Our Story
In 1958 Mother Bessie Botto established a church named God’s House of all Nations where she was the founder and overseer. Receiving instruction from God, she was led to rent a movie theatre at 411 E. 43rd Street., Chicago, Illinois. She obtained a lease from Dazey Realty for $175.00 a month.
She appointed her oldest son Charles L. Little as Pastor and her youngest son Elgin E. Little II the Sunday School Superintendent. In 1972 Charles L. Little decided to move in another direction and established his own church named “God’s House for All Nations. Mother Botto loving her son, decided to give her son the building, that everybody affectionately called 411, so he would have a place to worship. Mother Botto named her youngest son, Elgin E. Little as pastor of God’s House of all Nations, where she continued as founder and overseer.
Mother Bessie Botto began to look for another building for God’s House of all Nations. In 1978 the church purchased two properties at 8409-11 and 8435 S. Stony Island.
Following the death of Bishop Elgin E. Little II in 1976, Dr. La’Vel F. Hardy became pastor of God’s House of All Nations. Building upon the legacies of her grandmother and father, she began to move forward with the vision that God had imparted to her. Dr. Hardy managed the construction of a multi-million dollar church and multi-purpose facility (that was the vision of her father) which was completed in June 1999.
Pastor Dr. La'Vel F. Hardy
Dr. La'Vel F. Hardy, the Pastor of God's House of All Nations (GHOAN) church is the third generation of church leaders. As a young girl she learned the ways of holiness from her grandmother, Mother Bessie Botto, and her father, Bishop Elgin E. Little, II. She accepted salvation while in her teens and her early 20's she was elevated to Youth Pastor. She later became the Assistant Pastor, and following her father's death in 1996, she accepted God's call to pastor this church.
Building upon the legacies of her grandmother and father, and moving forward with the vision that God has imparted to her, Dr. Hardy has expanded the ministries of GHOAN to include many ministries, and is reaching out to people in the community who are thirsty for salvation and redemption. It has been Dr. Hardy's dream and goal to carry the Word of God and to empower God's people with Spiritual armor to be victorious Christians in a chaotic world. God is guiding her to culminate His vision as the church continues past the millennium. Dr. Hardy, assisted by her mother, Velma Payne Little, "Senior Advisor", will work to make her vision for the church a reality by offering the anointed Word of God to men, women, children, and the abused and misused who are hungry for salvation and deliverance. Dr. Hardy is without question an anointed, very capable and respected administrator, managing the construction of a two-million dollar church and multi purpose facility (that was planned by her father) and was completed in 1999.
Dr. Hardy is married to Rexsell Hardy. They have three beautiful children - Rexsell, Jr., his wife Tiffany Hardy and Jasmine Felecia.
Dr. Hardy holds several degrees; the Associate of Arts Degree in Early Childhood Education from Kennedy King College, the Bachelor of Arts Degree from National-Louis University, and the Master of Science Degree in Education from Logos Bible College and Seminary.
